This toolkit was developed by the New Economics Foundation (NEF) from the Foresight Project on Mental Capital and Wellbeing research report, published in the UK and Campains by The Mental Health Foundation NZ.

NEF conducted a review of the most up-to-date evidence and found building basic actions into your daily lives is important for the wellbeing of individuals, families, communities and organisations.  These actions can support our mental health needs at this unprecedented time.

 

Be Happy has broken these down to 3 ways to flourish.

They are:

  • Stay Connected, Me Whakawhanaunga
  • Keep Learning, Me ako tonu
  • Be Active, Me kori tonu

You can introduce any of these actions into your life, any time, and you will begin to feel the benefits.
